Job Description :-Job description for GET - Application Engineering
1. Track and Maintain customer complaints at HRMS till closure.
2. Work closely with Help Desk Team on providing Customer Technical support in co-ordination with Senior AE team
3. Monitor Exclusive Scroll faulty compressor complaint and create record on resolution with customer.
4. Maintain record of OEM line and Filed rejection and corresponding QA report till closure
5. Attend field complaints as and when required and provide trouble shooting guidelines. (Senior AE team will guide as required)
6. Prepare training material with the support of Senior AE team
7. Work on Emerson Climate Technical System support software to support customer effectively
Qualification : B.E., Mechanical or M.E., Mechanical with Ref / AC or Thermodynamics/ Thermal / Heat transfer specialization.
