For Degree Holder: Salary is Rs. 21000 pm CTC and become Grade M-2 Engineer.
For Diploma Holder: Salary is Rs. 15001 pm & become Grade M Assistant Engineer
Retention Bonus for Degree Holders is as below:
After 36 months from date of joining - 1,00,000/-
After 48 months from date of joining - 50,000/-
Retention Bonus for Diploma Holders is as below:
After 36 months from date of joining - 50,000/-
After 48 months from date of joining - 30,000/-
